The Cento Re-Imagined takes the original Cento and adds a pop of color with our variety of different colored cushions. As one of the highest quality cat trees for large cats on the market, the Cento is built for every kitty. This luxury pad features two tiers, each with sturdy napping baskets, and a cozy cubby cat cave at the base for chill time away from prying eyes. The Cento is a rare cat tree with basket features, designed to accommodate large cats, small cats, or even multiple cats simultaneously for adorable cuddle sessions from kitties who can’t bear to be apart. A variety of textures from fluffy fabrics to woven rattan (not to mention two scratching posts and hanging pom-poms) keeps curious cats interested, and this cat tree made from real tree branches is properly treated for pet safety and lifetime use indoors. We also plant a new tree for every cat tree sold because we know how important the environment is to you and your four-legged friends.

Care	Wipe with damp cloth, vacuum with brush vacuum and remove stains with a dry foam cleaner. Do not use liquid detergents. Cushions can be machine washed with NO DETERGENT on the coldest setting, then placed in the dryer (check every minute). Once dried, the fibers inside the cushion need to be manually stretched back to its original shape.

If you or your cat are not happy with your purchase, we gladly accept returns for a full refund within 45 days of delivery.*

We want to make things right—please fill out our contact form with details of the issue (please include photos to expedite the process), and we’ll work with you to find a resolution. At that point, if you still wish to return your item, let us know and we’ll send you a return label. Simply repackage the product (original packaging, if possible), attach the label, and drop it off at your local FedEx or USPS.**

Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll process your full refund within 3-5 business days***. Returns are not accepted after 45 days of delivery unless an extension is granted.

Mau 1-Year Warranty

All Mau products are covered by a one-year warranty against functional defects. If you experience any issues within one year of delivery, please contact us—we’re happy to help! Proof of defect(s) in the form of photos/videos may be required.

Please note this warranty does not cover standard wear and tear. Method of resolution is at Mau’s discretion and may not necessarily result in a full replacement.
