Inspired by the ever-changing phases of the moon, the Lua (Portuguese for “moon”) is a uniquely designed cat tree serving as both a cocoon-like sanctuary for your cat and a striking sculptural addition to your home. Three spherical, floating caves - intricately woven with synthetic rattan - cast a beautiful interplay of shifting light and shadows throughout the day while keeping your cat connected to their surroundings in the comfort of their own private retreat.

Each cave is lined with plush, machine-washable cushions, providing lasting coziness while evoking tranquility and the ethereal appearance of clouds. Care	For spheres (synthetic rattan), wipe with damp cloth to clean. For cushions, gently wash on the coldest setting with no detergent and dry on lowest heat for an extremely short period of time (check every 2-3 minutes). Inside fibers must be stretched out manually after drying to make cushion(s) flat again. For scratching post, replace rope when worn out.

If you or your cat are not happy with your purchase, we gladly accept returns for a full refund within 45 days of delivery.*

We want to make things right—please fill out our contact form with details of the issue (please include photos to expedite the process), and we’ll work with you to find a resolution. At that point, if you still wish to return your item, let us know and we’ll send you a return label. Simply repackage the product (original packaging, if possible), attach the label, and drop it off at your local FedEx or USPS.**

Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll process your full refund within 3-5 business days***. Returns are not accepted after 45 days of delivery unless an extension is granted.

Mau 1-Year Warranty

All Mau products are covered by a one-year warranty against functional defects. If you experience any issues within one year of delivery, please contact us—we’re happy to help! Proof of defect(s) in the form of photos/videos may be required.

Please note this warranty does not cover standard wear and tear. Method of resolution is at Mau’s discretion and may not necessarily result in a full replacement.
